Know Before You Go

Hotel Transfers Your evening starts and ends at your hotel door. A private, air-conditioned vehicle will pick you up and drop you off — no need to worry about finding the pier or arranging transport on your own. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.

Cairo Traffic is Real Cairo’s traffic is legendary, so we schedule your pickup with enough buffer time to get you to the pier comfortably — and with time to enjoy the pre-boarding atmosphere before the boat sets sail.

Boarding is Prompt Most boats sail exactly on schedule, usually around 8:00–8:30 PM. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals as it has a strict navigation slot on the river — so please be ready when your driver arrives.

What to Wear Smart casual works perfectly for the 4 and 5-star cruises. For the Elite Luxury option, many guests take it as a great excuse to dress up a little more — think elegant dress or a blazer.

Food & Drinks An open buffet of Egyptian and international dishes is included. Beverages — alcoholic and soft drinks — are ordered and charged separately on board.
